I studied Dr. Machado's Bio very carefully before choosing him to treat my major dental concerns. After entering his office the first time, I found his staff to be exceptionally attentive, sincere and professional. I observed all the surroundinding rooms, including waiting room, to be pristine and immaculate. Upon first meeting Dr. Machado, I had lots of concerns and questions. His genuine demeanor, patience, and feedback -- along with his expressed enthusiasm for his profession -- not only immediately put my mind at ease but also I knew he was the professional dentist I was about to choose. Bottom line: Dr. Machado performed a pain free and totally successful surgery! Dr. Machado is definitely my dentist of choice for any of my future dental needs. In fact, my husband intends to be Dr. Machado's next newest patient!

I had an excellent experience at Finest Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff takes the time to help you with everything you need. They offer free X-rays and a consultation, which made it easy to understand my dental health. After the exam, they explained everything clearly and provided me with a personalized treatment plan for the dental work I need. They also offer financing options, which is a huge help for anyone needing assistance with treatment costs. The doctor is highly professional, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend Finest Dental to anyone looking for honest, high-quality dental care with exceptional customer service.

Dr. Machado and his team run an exceptional practice and provide superb customer service. My extended family and friends have all moved to Finest Dental--even my 19 yo son says he's the best dentist ever....gentle, patient, thorough, and compassionate. Dr. Machado performs a wide range of dental services, from basic cleaning to complex treatments/implants. The exam and cleaning he did were thorough and painless, and he patiently explained the condition of my teeth/gums and treatment plan. The office space is modern and spotlessly clean, and the equipment is state of the art. They accept insurance, honor the in-network rates, file insurance claims and collect directly from insurance, as opposed requiring the patient to pay up front and be reimbursed by insurance. Communication was outstanding from all staff. Finest Dental sets a high bar, and I highly recommend them.
